Job Details

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
  • Manage on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders
  • Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites
  • OSHA certification preferred
