We’re looking for a Detail & Deburr Operator to assist with parts finishing, shop cleanliness, and manual tasks. If you’re detail-oriented, comfortable with hands-on work, and want to be part of a fast-paced, team-driven environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills.
What You’ll Do
Use hand and power tools to clean, deburr, polish, grind, and finish parts.
Perform minor repairs on parts, such as fixing small dents or scratches.
Read and follow blueprints, sketches, and instructions to ensure quality work.
Assist in packaging products and preparing them for shipment.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Accurately document work completed, including work travelers and timecards.
What We’re Looking For
No experience needed. We will train the right person on the job!
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Basic understanding of mathematics.
Comfortable with light physical labor, including lifting up to 40 lbs and working with cardboard packaging.
Must be safety-conscious and follow established procedures.
Schedule & Pay
Full-time or part-time positions available.
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (4-day workweek, 10-hour shifts).
Overtime and weekend shifts are sometimes required/available
