Description

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues to end-users.
  • Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Maintain and update system software and hardware inventory.
  • Assist with system upgrades and software deployments across the organization.
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with the Technology team to implement and support IT initiatives.
  • Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on technology tools and best practices.

Profile

A successful Desktop Technician should have:

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and macOS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for user support.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
