We are seeking a strong desktop support professional with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a corporate environment, including troubleshooting hardware, software, active directory and end-user issues.
Experience in a financial services setting is a plus.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, manage priorities effectively, and deliver reliable on-site support.
Strong communication skills with excellent customer service abilities.
This is a full-time, long-term contract position based in Wayne, NJ.
Reliable vehicle is required.
