QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and Exchange Online administration.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
  • Ability to support end-user applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Perform initial computer configurations by executing established scripts and thoroughly documenting the results.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
  • Support and administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Monitor system performance, apply patches, and escalate recurring or critical issues.
  • Assist with the deployment of software, security updates, and system upgrades.
  • Document incidents, solutions, and processes in the IT knowledge base.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies, data protection, and cybersecurity standards.
