Job Title: Desktop Support
Location: Stow, MA

Pay: $40/hr
Summary:
- AV Desktop Support to the Massachusetts Firefighting Academy
- 3 days a week, 4 hours per day
Responsibilities:
- Update all laptops in classrooms, screen cast devices, and other electronics for delivery (e.g., cameras, portable projectors)
- Ensure all laptops are updated, charged, browser history cleared, and prepared for testing; verify testing links work
- Update and check all AV kits, replace missing or damaged materials, work with IT to remove incorrect profiles, clear browsing history, and ensure devices are updated and cleaned
- Maintain and log history, device assignment tracking for all company devices
- Support SharePoint and Teams interface issues and requests, resolve access issues, and problem-solve sharing blocks
- Assist contractors with authentication and access issues
- Provide immediate support for login and access issues for full-time and contract staff while an IT ticket is processed
- Offer additional problem-solving support for Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Cognito, QM, LMS, Adobe, etc.
- Provide basic O365 support and usage assistance
- Support login and access issues on multiple devices
