Summary:
The Desktop Support Specialist (DSS) supports and maintains Direct Marketing Solutions (DMS) computer hardware and software systems. The DSS installs new programs, manages updates, and provides technical support.

The Fine Print:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to office noises and interruptions such as printers, phones, and clients. This position involves sitting for extended periods of time while working at a computer in a cubicle or office area.
This position is full-time, working Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm Eastern Time. This is on onsite position.
