Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Onsite - Phoenix, AZ

Duration: 24-Month Contract (W2)

Pay Rate: $30-$33/hour on W2(Depending on Experience)

Shift: 2nd Shift - Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM

About the Role

Russell Tobin is supporting the hiring process for a Desktop Support Engineer on behalf of a leading enterprise retail organization. This is a fully onsite role based in Phoenix, AZ, providing first-level technical support to end users in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for all end users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and voice/data communication issues
  • Escalate incidents to appropriate teams when necessary
  • Create clear, concise, and informative support tickets
  • Track, monitor, and follow up on all tickets through to resolution
  • Deliver timely updates and maintain strong customer communication

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience using ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
  • Ability to write technical support documentation
  • Strong computer proficiency across hardware and software technologies
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
  • Prior customer service, call center, help desk, or desktop support experience required
