Desktop Operations Specialist
As a key member of our IT team, you'll lead complex troubleshooting, mentor team members, and improve processes to ensure top-tier desktop support. You'll handle escalated technical issues, enhance documentation, and deliver exceptional service across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other enterprise tools.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Google Workspace, PCs/Macs, VPNs, and network issues.
Resolve escalated tickets in Jira, meeting SLAs and documenting solutions.
Identify and implement process improvements; maintain documentation in Confluence.
Mentor Desktop Operations Specialists and assist in onboarding/training.
Support users via Slack, Teams, Zoom, and phone; collaborate with other IT teams.
Qualifications
4+ years with Microsoft 365 & Entra ID, plus enterprise PC/Mac support experience.
Google Workspace administration experience.
Strong understanding of IAM, VPNs, and network troubleshooting.
Proven process improvement and documentation skills.
Preferred: Jira, Confluence, and team mentorship experience.
