IDR is seeking a Desktop Administrator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Gallatin, Tennessee. This role involves providing essential technical support for corporate systems and hardware, ensuring operational efficiency and user satisfaction within a dynamic business environment. The organization is focused on delivering reliable technology solutions to support its corporate operations and growth.
Position Overview for the Desktop Administrator:
- Provide daily technical support for SERVPRO’s critical business systems and corporate hardware environment.
- Install, configure, maintain, and enhance hardware and software for corporate users.
- Respond to user requests, answer support calls, and track technical issues to resolution.
- Develop and maintain user-facing documentation for hardware and software.
- Support and troubleshoot video conferencing equipment at SERVPRO headquarters locations.
Requirements for the Desktop Administrator:
- Minimum of two years of experience providing technical support to end users in a professional environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems and applications, including installation, maintenance, upgrading, and enhancement.
- Working knowledge of macOS and iOS operating systems and applications.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, video conferencing systems, and phone systems/components.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
