Location: Malvern, PA
Duration: 6-12 Months

Pay Rate - $26/hr (all Inclusive)

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Deskside Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in providing top-notch technical support and ensuring seamless IT operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and a strong customer service orientation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in desktop support, specifically L2/L3 level.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficient in desktop operating systems and troubleshooting issues.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional presence.
  • Experience with client-side mail systems (MS Outlook), MS Office, and other industry-standard applications.
  • Experience in managing VIP clients.
  • Printer support and troubleshooting expertise.
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management.
  • Experience in device validation and inventory management.
  • Good customer/vendor handling skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Perform basic troubleshooting and repair of IT equipment failures.
  • Power on/power off devices, reset remote management connection IDs and passwords.
  • Reseat cables and perform general troubleshooting.
  • Provide feedback on console displays, such as stop errors or blue screens.
  • Identify and report audible errors and system failures.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members.
