With a powerhouse team of 40 across two top-performing offices, we specialize in transforming outdoor living spaces through expert design and consultative sales. This role is built for a creative Closer—offering cutting-edge sales tools, a high-volume lead environment, and uncapped earning potential for those ready to turn vision into profit.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Design Consultant position include:
- Prior sales experience (in-home sales preferred) while conducting client consultations and presenting design solutions
- Strong communication and listening skills to manage prospects, nurture relationships, and close deals
- Ability to achieve sales goals and maintain at least a 10% closing ratio from leads
- Experience using CRM systems and technology tools to track leads, pricing, and project details
- Creative mindset to develop customized outdoor living designs based on client needs and budgets
- Strong organizational and math skills to ensure accurate pricing, proposals, and documentation
- Ability to manage client relationships, resolve concerns, and maintain high service standards
- Willingness to participate in marketing efforts such as home shows, events, and client testimonials
Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus 4% commission and bonuses with first-year earnings over $100,000 and top performers exceeding $200,000 annually.
