This role offers remote or onsite work at our corporate office in McLean, VA. As a Design Manager in the Architecture, Design & Construction team, you'll oversee interior design for new developments and renovations within the All Suites portfolio, mainly for Embassy Suites & Hilton Grand Vacations.
Responsibilities include reviewing design concepts for brand alignment, ensuring drawings and specifications meet standards, tracking project progress, and supporting updates to brand narratives and design resources. You will collaborate with project teams, negotiate with franchisees, and participate in vendor presentations.
Qualified candidates have 5+ years of hospitality interior design or architecture experience, proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit/Bluebeam, and travel availability up to 25%. Preferred qualifications include a relevant degree, project management experience, knowledge of building codes, and NCIDQ certification.
