Work Model:
What You Will Do:- Complete basic engineering calculations, analysis, and design tasks
- Assist senior engineers with designs, reports, and project work
- Support low-complexity engineering projects
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
- Assess designs for safety, reliability, and performance
- Create and maintain layouts, drawings, specifications, and bills of materials
- Conduct engineering analysis to select appropriate parts, materials, and components
- Provide technical support for production and resolve engineering issues
- Prepare technical reports, quotations, presentations, and proposals
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, company policies, and drawing requirements
- Communicate project status and technical information effectively
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You Will Need to Be Successful:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Internship or at least 6 months of relevant engineering experience
- Knowledge of automotive or heavy-vehicle systems and components
- Experience with CAD software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
