Project ManagerSupport Project Managers in delivering commercial and retail construction projects from start to finish. Assist with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure timelines and cost targets are met. Manage and track RFIs, submittals, permits, and project documentation. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project flow. Review drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with project requirements. Monitor site progress, quality control, and safety compliance throughout construction. Support procurement and subcontractor buyout processes. Assist in tracking project costs, change orders, and financial reporting. Participate in project meetings and provide updates to internal and external stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 3-8+ years of experience in commercial, retail, or mixed-use construction projects. Strong understanding of project coordination, scheduling, and cost control. Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Proven ability to work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts. Strong communication skills - able to coordinate with owners, consultants, and field teams. Hands-on experience with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.) preferred. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to drive tasks from preconstruction through closeout.Competitive annual salary ranging from $150,000 to $160,000.
