Role: Design Associate In-Home Sales Consultant
Location: North Columbus Area
Compensation: $50,000 Forgivable Draw + Uncapped Commission
Top Performers: $100K+ in Year One

At Floor Coverings International, we bring the flooring showroom directly to our customers' homes. Using our Mobile Flooring Showroom, you'll guide homeowners through flooring options, help them visualize their new space, and deliver a seamless project experience from consultation to installation.
Our customers consistently rate us 4.8/5 nationally and 5/5 locally, and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of delivering that same exceptional experience.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys consultative sales, design conversations, relationship building, and a flexible schedule that rewards hard work.

About Todd and Lauren:
Todd and Lauren are a husband-and-wife ownership team behind Floor Coverings International of Columbus, bringing a shared vision of independence, flexibility, and community to their business. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
