Job Details

We are seeking an attorney with experience in financial market documentation to join a collaborative team focused on derivatives and structured product transactions. This role is well suited for a lawyer who enjoys working on detailed trading agreements and complex financial arrangements within an active transactional environment. Attorneys in this practice work closely with investment managers, financial institutions, and internal deal teams to support sophisticated market activities and investment strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Draft and negotiate trading and market-related agreements used in structured financial transactions
  • Prepare and review derivatives documentation and related financial arrangements
  • Advise internal teams and clients on terms governing trading relationships and financing structures
  • Support investment management and transactional teams on matters involving market agreements
  • Coordinate with counterparties, internal deal teams, and outside advisors during negotiations
  • Manage documentation processes across multiple active matters

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience working with derivatives or financial market documentation
  • Strong familiarity with trading agreements and structured finance arrangements
  • Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating ISDA Master Agreements
  • Experience working in a transactional or financial regulatory environment

Requirements
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external counterparties
  • Admission to at least one applicable state bar
