POSITION DETAILS:
Salary range: $152,930.00 - $196,935.00 with Excellent Benefits
3% Cost of Living adjustment increase effective 6/29/26
Generally, salary placement is at the beginning of the salary range.
Advanced placement may be granted depending on related education and experience.
Regular, Full-Time position
Work schedule: 9/80 with alternating Friday off

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to mentor and support a multidisciplinary team.
Experience in sewer collection, wastewater treatment, and laboratory operations.
Experience developing long‑term plans and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with the public, media, and partner agencies.
Solid budget management abilities, including forecasting and resource planning.
Ability to work with internal departments and external agencies.
Ability to identify operational improvements and align division goals with broader organizational priorities.
