Estimated Period of Performance: The period of performance is for one (1) year upon award of this task order contract, plus 1 (1) option year.
Type of Employment: In-person, 40 hours per week.
Estimated Total Compensation: $59.47/hour
Paid Time Off: Up to 80 hours per year, which starts accruing on the day of hire.
Sick Leave per Year: Up to 56 hours per year, which starts accruing on the day of hire.
Paid Federal Holidays: Eleven (11) Paid Federal Holidays
Working Hours
The Deputy Program Manager will typically work Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm or 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, no more than 40 hours per week.

Summary of Duties
The Deputy Program Manager will support the overall management and administration of one or more task orders by assisting with project planning, staffing, budgeting, scheduling, quality assurance, and contract performance. The Deputy Program Manager serves as the designated representative for the Program Manager when required, coordinates project activities with Government stakeholders and contractor personnel, monitors contract performance, and helps ensure work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contract requirements.
Attire
The Deputy Program Manager is expected to wear approved professional clothing appropriate to the environment while on duty as requested. Footwear will be closed-toe, flat-bottom, and completely cover the feet.
