Key Responsibilities
- Team Building and Performance Target Achievement: Recruit industry professionals to establish online retail, offline channel sales, after-sales service, and warehouse management teams. You will be accountable for achieving performance targets, striving to lead the team in surpassing goals and attaining higher levels of performance success.
- Strategic Execution Oversight: Deconstruct strategic objectives into specific annual, quarterly, and monthly plans; clearly define the responsibilities and tasks for each department; and establish a robust mechanism for monitoring strategic execution. Conduct regular strategic review meetings to evaluate execution effectiveness, promptly identify and resolve issues arising during implementation, and ensure the successful realization of strategic goals.
- Daily Operations Coordination: Coordinate inter-departmental working relationships to ensure the efficient functioning of all operational links—including warehousing, sales, after-sales service, logistics, general operations, finance, and human resources. Establish and refine corporate operational management systems and processes to optimize resource allocation, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce operating costs.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Maintain a thorough understanding of U.S. laws, regulations, and industry standards; ensure that all corporate business activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements; and establish a sound corporate compliance management system. Strengthen compliance training and education for employees to heighten their compliance awareness and mitigate compliance risks. Establish a comprehensive risk management framework to identify, assess, and respond to various risks facing the enterprise—including market, financial, operational, and legal risks. Develop risk response contingency plans and conduct periodic risk drills to enhance the company's risk-handling capabilities and ensure its stable and sustainable development.
- Group Headquarters Relationship Management: As the highest-ranking representative of the Group Company in the U.S., maintain close communication with the Group Headquarters. Actively participate in high-level meetings at the headquarters and provide regular reports on the company's operational status, strategic planning, and future development prospects to reinforce the headquarters' confidence in the U.S. subsidiary.
Compensation: Base Salary $15,000–$20,000/month; Quarterly Performance Bonus; Equity Incentives.
You will be responsible for the comprehensive operational management of the company, formulating forward-looking and actionable long-term development strategies, and defining the company's 3-to-5-year development direction, market positioning, and performance targets.
