General Information
This is responsible administrative and professional work in planning, organizing, and directing the architectural, engineering, and capital project functions of the Real Estate and Asset Management Department, providing mid-level municipal leadership for the Architectural Engineering Division, supporting the REAM Director in advancing City facility and asset management goals, and overseeing project management standards, staff development, and interdepartmental coordination to ensure effective, transparent, and fiscally responsible operations.

Requirements
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
Attainment of a bachelors degree from a regionally accredited college or university and a minimum of ten years of responsible professional experience in the fields of architecture, building science, civil engineering, and or project management. Licensure as a Professional Engineer, Registered Architect, Professional Landscape Architect, or an industry-recognized certification, such as PMP, and a post-graduate degree is preferred; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.
