Job Purpose:
Provides support to director by performing administrative and inventory duties.
Duties:
* Responsible for administrative duties for two State food programs and food rescue program
Tracking inventory of food items in warehouse and ordering more when necessary
When needed, perform daily food pick-ups in absence of driver
Develop and implement Safety Program for the warehouse and any volunteers using WA state Labor & Industry directives.
Fill in, as needed, for Director and other employees.
Skills/Qualifications:
Knowledge of inventory management/control; adept at administrative tasks and basic knowledge of bookkeeping/budgeting; ability to lift up to 40lbs; good judgement and tact when handling a wide variety of situations; flexiblility
