Salary Starting at $90,000 to Depends on Experience DOE.

Location Boise, Idaho

Primary Duties The successful applicant will provide general counsel services to state agencies and elected officials on a variety of legal issues including: • Statutory interpretation • Contracts • Procurement • Employment issues • Open meetings laws • Public records requests The role may occasionally involve representing agencies in administrative hearings.

The State General Counsel Division represents numerous state agency clients, providing interesting legal work and the ability to expand ones legal skills.

Minimum Qualifications Active Idaho State Bar license is required.

Preferred Qualifications At least two years of experience drafting contracts is preferred.
