We are seeking a Dept Specialist Key Carrier to oversee front-end operations in the absence of management at our store in Tracy, CA.
- Provide excellent customer service and lead front-end staff to ensure performance and compliance.
- Manage cash handling, store balancing, and monitor store conditions including parking lot and cleanliness.
- Train and direct cashiers and service associates, ensuring standards are met during shifts.
- Perform store management duties as needed, including refunds, check authorization, and store upkeep.
- Ensure a positive shopping experience through team leadership and operational oversight.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year retail experience, strong communication, supervision skills, and physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
