Pride Health is hiring a Patient Service representativeto support our clients in the medical facility. This is a temporary assignment opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Patient Service Representative

Location: McKinney, TX 
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Timings - 7:50 am to 5:00 pm
In-person Interview  

Onsite role 

Pay - $12 to $ 13/hr on W2

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and manage high-volume incoming patient calls professionally and courteously.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments as needed.
• Provide accurate information regarding office procedures, services, and patient inquiries.
• Document patient interactions and update records within the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Assist with patient registration and administrative support tasks as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with providers, clinical staff, and fellow team members.
• Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for patients and visitors.
• Participate in shared office responsibilities, including lobby cleanliness and organization (team rotation).
• Perform additional front-office duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of solid customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Proficiency with computers and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
• Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous healthcare or medical office experience.
• Experience working with EMR systems, preferably eClinicalWorks (eCW).
• Bilingual in Spanish.
