Deposit Operations Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Deposit Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role you will contribute to a high performing department dedicated to delivering accurate, professional, and informed support to members and associates. Success in this position requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and relationship-building skills, as you interact with individuals across and outside the organization.
As a key resource, you will apply your expertise to research questions and resolve account-related issues. Your ability to problem-solve, maintain accuracy, and provide exceptional service will play a critical role in supporting a seamless and positive member experience.

Function and Responsibilities
This role performs a variety of tasks within the operations department including IRA processing, certificate maintenance, mail processing, bonds, tax levy's, subpoenas, stop payments, asset verifications (VOD), check ordering, and research requests maintaining strict confidentiality while consistently meeting all established response deadlines.
Duties include:
Education & Experience
High School education of GED. One year to three years similar or related experience.
Interpersonal Skills
Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
Good listening and telephone skills, time management and organization, and the ability to work well within a team are essential.
