A growing national security-focused technology firm is seeking a Deployment Strategist to lead mission delivery, product direction, and customer outcomes across a portfolio of high-impact programs.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for owning the success of deployments end to end, from initial concept through sustained operational impact. You will work directly with government stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver scalable analytics and data-driven solutions in support of national security, readiness, and operational missions.

This role goes beyond traditional program management. You will define product vision, align stakeholders, lead delivery teams, and ensure solutions are adopted and embedded into mission workflows. Success in this role is measured by mission outcomes, user adoption, and expansion within the customer environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own mission success and delivery outcomes across a portfolio of programs
  • Define and drive product vision aligned to customer needs and operational objectives
  • Lead development teams, set priorities, and manage delivery execution across the full lifecycle
  • Develop and align stakeholders around product strategy and roadmap
  • Drive adoption of deployed solutions, ensuring platforms become embedded within mission operations
  • Translate complex operational challenges into scalable technical solutions, including data pipelines, analytics applications, and platform capabilities
  • Support the design and delivery of production-grade solutions within modern data platforms
  • Drive expansion within existing customer environments through demonstrated delivery success and trusted relationships
  • Identify and resolve blockers across technical, operational, and organizational domains
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with platform standards
  • Support continuous improvement through feedback loops, retrospectives, and evolving requirements
  • Mentor engineers and contribute to team development and best practices

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience leading delivery of complex technical solutions within government or national security environments
  • Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics workflows, and modern software delivery practices
  • Demonstrated ability to define product direction and drive execution from concept through deployment
  • Experience working directly with senior stakeholders and presenting complex solutions
  • Ability to manage priorities, guide teams, and operate independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Active security clearance or ability to obtain one

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Palantir Foundry or similar data platforms
  • Background in defense, intelligence, or other mission-focused environments
  • Experience supporting operational domains such as readiness, force management, or national security analytics
  • Experience leading small, high-performing technical teams

Work Environment and Requirements:

  • Hybrid role based in Charleston, SC or Quantico, VA
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Ability to work in a government-facing environment and support mission-driven programs
