About the Role
As a key member of our field operations team, you will:
- Travel to job sites (~80% travel across California) to support equipment deployment and service.
- Deploy, retrieve, refuel, and maintain portable generator units.
- Operate trailers, trucks, forklifts, and lifting equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform preventative maintenance, equipment inspections, and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including fuel logs, service records, and safety reports.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions while following strict CalOSHA safety standards.
This role is ideal for those with experience in field service, mechanical work, power generation, diesel/gas engines, or equipment operations.
What Youll Bring
- Valid CA drivers license and ability to pass a DOT physical.
- OSHA 10, CPR, First Aid, and Forklift training (or willingness to obtain).
- 1 year of generator deployment, generator field service, or related mechanical/equipment experience (preferred, not required).
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in outdoor job‑site environments.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a proactive safety‑first approach.
- Reliability, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently in the field.
