THE DEPARTMENT SECRETARY SCHEDULER
The Department Secretary Scheduler provides support for the PHH DuBois Surgery Center and acts as liaison between the Surgery Center and Physicians and their offices as well as other departments within Penn Highlands DuBois.
The Secretary Scheduler is responsible for scheduling procedures for the DuBois Surgery Center.
QUALIFICATION
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required • Associate Degree or Certification in specialized secretarial program preferred • Three years secretarial experience required • Typing computer skills and familiarity with medical terminology required • Healthcare Provider CPR certification within 6 months of start date
