Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree. Two years of experience in sales, public relations or customer service to include supervisory experience are required. Additional related experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

DTPW is seeking a customer-focused supervisor to oversee the Pass Sales Office and Office of Lost & Found. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, staff performance, cash handling, fare media sales, Lost & Found operations, customer issue resolution, and ensuring compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in a high-volume customer service, retail, or sales environment, leadership and organizational skills, and experience managing cash handling and performance metrics. Experience with transit fare programs or point-of-sale systems is desirable.
