Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree. Two years of experience in the negotiation of leases, management of real property or property management contract administration are required. Additional experience in negotiation of leases, management of real property or property management contract administration may substitute for the required education on a year-to-year basis. Proof of education and work experience to meet minimum qualifications must be presented and will be verified.

Employees in this classification are responsible for supervising and overseeing subordinate staff engaged in a variety of property management functions related to the administration of contracted services for transit buildings and facilities. Duties include conducting field inspections of transit facilities to monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual requirements, reviewing and approving contractor invoices for payment, and assisting in the development of service contract specifications. Work is performed under the general direction of an administrative superior, who evaluates performance based on the effectiveness of property management operations and the administration of assigned responsibilities.
