Minimum Requirements Additional Requirements Ph.D. or terminal degree in a Business Management Construction Management or a closely related discipline. Academic record and professional experience sufficient for appointment at the rank of Full Professor. Prior experience in academic leadership program coordination or administrative management in higher education. Preferred Qualifications Evidence of teaching excellence in higher education and relevant industry experience. Experience leading accreditation and assessment processes IACBE preferred. Demonstrated success in curriculim development program growth and faculty mentoring. History of applied or empirical research scholarly publication or professional engagement.
