We are seeking a dedicated and skilled dentist to join our client's reputable & privately owned dental office. The current associate is moving soon so there is already a busy patient base already developed. They also have a healthy flow of new patients each month. They are seeking an experienced dentist that is comfortable working independently.
This is a state of the art office with a wonderful staff of assistants, hygienists and front desk. It is also a FFS and PPO office, with no HMOs and no Medicaid. They are seeking a full time dentist ideally. No nights and no weekends are required. They are willing to offer mentoring in advanced procedures.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures including general dentistry
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Ensure infection control protocols are followed to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques.
Skills
- Proficiency in using dental software
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and medical terminology relevant to patient care.
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques and infection control practices.
- Familiarity with medical imaging technologies used in diagnostics.
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in patient documentation and treatment planning.
