Location: Phoenix/Paradise Valley, AZ (Tatum & Shea Blvd area)
Compensation: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour (DOE) + Monthly Team Performance Bonus!
Schedule: Mon–Thu (8:45 AM – 5:00 PM) | Fri (7:30 AM – 12:00 PM) | Your Weekend Starts Every Friday at Noon!

With a 4.7-star reputation and a conservative care philosophy led by Dr. Mark Brannon and Dr. Natasha Boyce, we focus on integrity and patient relationships. We're looking for a professional who can present cases with confidence and empathy, helping our patients say "Yes" to the care they deserve.

As our Treatment Coordinator, you are the bridge between clinical diagnosis and a healthy smile. You aren't just "talking about money"-you are an educator and an advocate:
The Presentation: Clearly and confidently explain dental procedures and treatment plans to patients.
Financial Strategy: Navigate insurance benefits and offer financing solutions (like CareCredit or Proceed) to make care accessible.
Case Success: Manage treatment follow-ups and "unscheduled treatment" lists to keep the heartbeat of the practice strong.
The Tech: Utilize Denticon to maintain precise financial records and seamless patient flow.
The Expertise: 2+ years of dental experience is required, with a strong preference for previous Treatment Coordinating experience.
The Communicator: You can translate complex dental terminology into "people-talk" and discuss finances without hesitation.
The Closer: You have a proven track record of increasing case acceptance through relationship-building and persistent follow-up.
The Tech Savvy: Knowledge of Denticon is a huge plus!
