Naba Dental Treatment Coordinator (Sales-Focused | Clinical Background Preferred).
We are a growing, fee-for-service dental practice seeking an experienced and highly motivated Treatment Coordinator who excels in case presentation, patient communication, and treatment acceptance.
This is not a typical front desk position - this role is ideal for someone who understands dentistry clinically and can confidently guide patients toward optimal treatment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and explain comprehensive treatment plans including:
- General dentistry.
- Implant cases.
- Orthodontic/aligner treatment.
- Convert diagnosed treatment into scheduled and committed cases.
- Build trust with patients through clear, confident communication.
- Coordinate scheduling to prioritize high-value treatment.
- Follow up on unscheduled treatment and maintain a strong recall system.
- Support front desk operations (calls, scheduling, patient flow - as needed).
- Actively participate in internal and external marketing efforts, including:
- Community outreach events and booths.
- Promoting the practice and educating potential patients.
- Collaborate closely with doctors and team to drive production and growth.
- Willingness to assist clinically as a Dental Assistant on an as-needed basis to support overall team efficiency.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant (strongly preferred).
- Required: Experience with Dentrix.
- Required: Experience with scheduling.
- Required: Dental insurance verification experience (PPOs, breakdowns, eligibility checks).
- Proven experience as a Treatment Coordinator with high case acceptance.
- Strong understanding of dental procedures (general, implants, ortho).
- Confident, persuasive, and patient-focused communicator.
- Comfortable discussing finances and guiding patients to commit to care.
- Organized, goal-oriented, and performance-driven.
- Willing to step outside the office for marketing and community engagement.
- Willingness to invest in ongoing self-learning and professional development.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Compensation Structure (Suggested):
- Base hourly rate (based on experience).
