The Details
Great hours:
Monday and Wednesday 7:30 am - 5:30pm with a one-hour lunch break
Tuesday 7:00 am – 4:30 pm with a one-hour lunch break
Thursday 7 am-2:30 pm
Friday, 7:30 am - 2:30 pm

What You'll Do:
- Greet and warmly welcome patients to the practice
- Schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments thoughtfully and efficiently
- Assist patients with digital forms
- Prepare digital charts and daily schedules
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently
- Coordinate referrals to specialists
- Verify insurance and payment methods; collect payments as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Provide follow-up communication and appointment reminders
- Perform general administrative duties including phones, email, and office organization
Most importantly, you will help ensure the practice runs smoothly while making every patient feel valued and cared for.
What We're Looking For:
- A high school diploma or GED (additional administrative certifications are a plus)
- 1 year Dental Office experience
- Knowledge of dental terminology and practice management software is a plus
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Professional phone etiquette
- A positive, patient-centered mindset
- Someone who enjoys challenges, problem-solving, and thinking creatively
