  • Business Development: Source and secure hiring agreements with dental practices, DSOs, and multi-location organizations.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Source, screen, and interview qualified dental professionals (Dentists, Hygienists, Assistants, and Office Managers).
  • Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing the interview and offer process.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a steady pipeline of active jobs and qualified candidates using your own tools and network.
  • Compliance: Manage your own schedule, taxes, and business expenses as an independent contractor.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven track record in dental or healthcare recruitment (agency or corporate) preferred.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong business development skills with comfort doing cold outreach to dental practices.
  • Independence: Highly disciplined self-starter who can work autonomously without daily supervision.
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
