Duties
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
- Schedule and confirm appointments using office management software.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and insurance information.
- Handle phone systems effectively, managing incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism.
- Process credit card payments and cash handling.
Skills
- Proficiency in office management practices and procedures.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in office software applications.
- A compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient care and service excellence.
- Bilingual, fluent in Spanish is a PLUS.
- Dental office experience is a MUST.
Must interview in person. Hourly rate depends on experience. Will be discussed during interview.
