About the Role:
Join our team at Westford Smiles Dental Center as a Dental Office Receptionist, where you will be the welcoming face of our practice! We are looking for a friendly and organized individual to help create a positive experience for our patients while managing the front desk operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and manage check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and confirm patient visits.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Process payments and manage insurance claims efficiently.
- Assist with patient inquiries and provide information about services.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Support marketing efforts by promoting services and events.
Requirements:
- College Education or Diploma; additional education in healthcare is a plus.
- Previous experience (at least 1 yr) in a dental or medical office beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer usage software , Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a passion for patient care.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes is beneficial.
