We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and professional Front Desk team member to join our busy dental practice. This is a full-time role and a key position responsible for ensuring practice efficiency and positive patient experiences.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred, as many of our patients are Spanish-speaking.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer patient calls and respond to messages promptly, accurately, and professionally
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently to maintain smooth patient flow
- Greet patients warmly while maintaining a polished, professional demeanor
- Verify patient information, insurance details, and collect payments
- Communicate clearly with patients and the clinical team to prevent errors, delays, or missed tasks
- Maintain accurate, well-organized records and uphold patient confidentiality
- Accept feedback, follow protocols, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Position Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, plus one Saturday per month
- Pay: $20+/hour, will depend on experience
- Benefits: Full-time position with retirement benefits
- Dental or medical front office experience preferred, but not required
