Preferred Search Group is partnering with a highly respected, private dental practice to find an experienced Office Manager / Office Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to step into a well-established, high-performing office with a tenured, supportive team and a strong, patient-focused culture.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Overseeing day-to-day office operations
- Managing patient scheduling, referrals, and case flow
- Coordinating lab cases and treatment timelines
- Supporting surgical case organization
- Collecting payments and managing financial workflows
- Ensuring a smooth, efficient, and elevated patient experience
- Keeping the team aligned and the day running seamlessly
Schedule
- Monday: 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:45 AM – 8:00 PM (flexible start option at 12:00 PM)
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM
- Paid lunch included

Requirements
- Previous dental office experience (private practice strongly preferred)
- Solid understanding of dental procedures and workflows
- Experience with practice management software (Eaglesoft a plus)
- Familiarity with CBCT, digital X-rays, and scanning technology
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A calm, professional, and team-oriented demeanor
- Someone who brings a polished, positive presence to the office
- Tech-savvy and comfortable managing digital systems and files
Benefits
- $45/hour (approx. $75K–$82K annually)
- 35-hour work week
- Paid holidays after 90 days
