Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Office Manager with experience in oral and maxillofacial surgery! You will be coordinating all administrative duties, complex treatment coordination, helping form and foster relationships with referrals, ensuring financials are balanced, and managing staffing. We will have outsourced billing but experience in that is highly preferred. Candidates must be professional, organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to implement systems to make a practice humm efficiently.

Responsibilities 
  • Maintain calendar of appointments and meetings along with front desk assistant
  • Design the office layout with efficiency and organization in mind
  • Collaborate with human resources to create, update, and maintain office procedures
  • Ensure maintainenance of equipment in good working order with the assistance of the vendors and doctor
  • Pay and record invoices
  • Accurately maintain general office budget 
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required, some college preferred
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar position highly preferred
  • Understanding of the oral surgery office equipment, systems, and procedures
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
