Are you an experienced Dental Office Manager who thrives on systems, team development, and providing an elite patient experience? We are representing a premier, modern dental practice in Mesa that is looking for a Servant Leader to take the reins of their administrative and operational success.
This practice is built on the philosophy that "everyone deserves to be treated with kindness." We are looking for a manager who is obsessed with continuous improvement and believes that a successful practice is built on deep, long-term patient relationships rather than high-volume turnover.
A Culture of Improvement: Join a team that is "obsessed with getting better" every day. You will have the autonomy to refine systems that enhance both the patient journey and the team's daily workflow.
Mentor-Based Leadership: You won't just manage a schedule; you will mentor a dedicated team, leading weekly meetings and ensuring every staff member has the tools to succeed.
Strategic Financial Impact: You will be the architect of the practice's profitability-overseeing the P&L, optimizing the "Daily Pulse" of the schedule, and mastering the art of case presentation.
Professional Stability: Enjoy the robust benefits and security of a highly successful, modern office while maintaining the tight-knit feel of a boutique, local practice.
The Workflow: Master the office's daily rhythm, ensuring doctor and hygiene columns are optimized for maximum productivity without compromising the patient experience.
The Numbers: Oversee AR, insurance verification, and claim filing with 100% accuracy, ensuring clear and firm financial arrangements for every patient.
The Culture: Hold the team accountable to goals with a "Servant Leadership" mindset, serving as a positive, steady influence on the office atmosphere.
The Patient Advocate: Act as the primary responder to patient needs, ensuring every guest feels heard, respected, and expertly cared for.
Proven Dental Leadership: Substantial experience in Dental Office Management is required.
Case Presentation Mastery: Expertise in treatment coordination with a focus on high case acceptance through value-based communication.
Business Acumen: Comfortable managing professional supplies, lab expenses, and working within established budgets to drive practice health.
Tech-Forward Mindset: Ability to utilize modern office communication tools and management software to streamline operations.
If you are a high-level leader ready to shape the future of a mission-driven practice in Mesa, we want to meet you.
