Bright Now! Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a highly driven and experienced Office Manager to lead a fast-paced, multi-doctor, multi-hygiene practice in Clearwater, FL. This is a leadership role for a results-oriented professional who thrives on accountability, team development, and operational excellence.
Position Overview:
The Office Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the practice, including team leadership, financial management, and operational efficiency. This individual will play a critical role in driving revenue, optimizing patient experience, and ensuring the practice meets and exceeds key performance metrics.
