Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the dental front desk staff
  • Optimize schedules to meet daily productivity goals
  • Ensure exceptional service from check-in to checkout
  • Monitor insurance, payments, and patient balances
  • Train new hires and coach team performance
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance workflows
  • Drive patient retention and satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of dental experience
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a big plus!
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Dental knowledge (treatments, insurance, EMR)
  • Problem-solving mindset and multitasking ability
  • Passion for patient care and team success
