Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the dental front desk staff
- Optimize schedules to meet daily productivity goals
- Ensure exceptional service from check-in to checkout
- Monitor insurance, payments, and patient balances
- Train new hires and coach team performance
- Collaborate across departments to enhance workflows
- Drive patient retention and satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of dental experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a big plus!
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Dental knowledge (treatments, insurance, EMR)
- Problem-solving mindset and multitasking ability
- Passion for patient care and team success
