Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Thursday, 7:15am-5:45pm (NOTE: Fridays + Weekends OFF)
Highlights of the position:
- Patient-Focused Service & Support - Create a welcoming, respectful, and positive experience for patients by delivering exceptional customer service, clear communication, and compassionate follow-through both in person and over the phone.
- Front Desk Coordination & Scheduling Expertise - Serve as a key point of contact for patients by managing appointment scheduling, registration, check-in/check-out processes, and daily patient flow with accuracy and efficiency.
- Communication & Care Team Collaboration - Act as an important liaison between patients and the clinical team, ensuring information is communicated clearly, questions are addressed promptly, and patients feel heard, informed, and supported throughout their care experience.
- Insurance, Billing & Financial Navigation - Support patients through insurance, billing, records, referrals, and sliding fee processes while helping them understand financial responsibilities with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.
- Administrative Accuracy & Compliance - Maintain accurate patient demographic, insurance, and documentation records while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and registration requirements.
- Teamwork & Continuous Improvement - Collaborate closely with administrative and clinical staff to identify opportunities to enhance workflows, improve patient experience, and support efficient, patient-centered dental operations.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Three years of experience in dental office setting strongly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills required.
- Strong computer skills/experience required.
