The West AHEC Dental and Maternal Health educator will go into classrooms to teach about dental health, set up shadowing opportunities with local dental professionals in our 14 county region for high school/college students, work with dental professionals for educational events, work with maternal health for a pipeline program for high school students, set up educational events, prepare reports, track data, and assist with community outreach events.
Associate’s degree in health education, health care administration, education or closely related field required, Bachelor’s preferred. Valid Driver’s License required.
