Greater Endodontics is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help grow our brand, strengthen community relationships, and attract new patients to our expanding practice.

In this role, you will support marketing initiatives, coordinate campaigns and events, manage social media and digital content, and help ensure our patient experience reflects the high-quality care we provide. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys collaboration, creativity, and bringing innovative ideas to life.

At Greater Endodontics, our Utah endodontists specialize in advanced endodontic care including root canal therapy, dental implants, restorations, and laser dentistry. We are committed to delivering exceptional patient care using state of the art technology including lasers, microscopy, digital x rays, CBCT imaging, and intra oral cameras. Our team is passionate about creating healthy, confident smiles while providing a supportive and positive workplace culture.

 

Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, evenings as required for events

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all marketing activities.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with referring offices to boost referrals and promote the office. This includes planning promotional giveaways and activities, and weekly visits to referring offices.
  • Purchase and put together promotional gifts.
  • Plan social events for the office for team-building activities.
  • Coordinate internal events and attend local community gatherings to showcase our services.
  • Continuously track the communication and visits to the referring offices to identify the existing marketing strategy and come up with new marketing strategies to increase referrals.
  • Collaborate with the office manager and the doctors to develop and execute monthly and quarterly Marketing Plans.
  • Maintain Social media presence with weekly posts and responses.
  • Create social media content to showcase our friendly office environment.
  • Consistently run marketing reports on PowerBI and communicate with practice teammates.
  • Track marketing budget and keep expenses in line with revenue. 
  • Collaborate with vendors to design, order, and receive marketing materials. 
  • Respond to online reviews.
Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree coursework in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field
  • Dental or healthcare experience preferred but not required 
  • Strong organization skills
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $70,000 annually.
