The Backbone of Dental Excellence.

At American Dental Companies, we believe that the private practice culture provides the best patient care outcomes. Our corporate team is the engine that allows our doctors to focus on dentistry while we handle the complexities of business operations. We are looking for an elite Dental Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our North Phoenix headquarters-someone who views AR not just as "paperwork," but as a vital part of our mission to deliver world-class Business Care.

The ADC Difference:

  • Grow From Within: We prioritize our internal talent. If you have the drive to elevate your career, we have the systems to help you reach your goals.

  • Diversity of Perspective: Join a global team that values unique backgrounds and collaborative problem-solving.

  • Modern Culture: Work in a proactive, innovative, and high-integrity environment where your precision directly impacts the success of our doctor-owned practices.

Your Impact & Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Integrity: Execute full-cycle insurance AR follow-up across phone, portal, and email to ensure our clinics remain financially healthy.

  • Expert Appeals: Identify root causes for unpaid or denied claims and take decisive action through corrected claims and clinical documentation.

  • EOB Mastery: Review and validate reimbursements against contract rates to ensure every practice is being fairly compensated.

  • Strategic Communication: Maintain meticulous notes within our practice management systems (Denticon, Dentrix, etc.) to keep our clinical partners informed.

  • Compliance Leadership: Adhere to all regulatory standards and maintain strict patient confidentiality with the highest level of integrity.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 1–3 years of specialized dental AR or dental billing experience (Required).

  • Deep Knowledge: Strong mastery of dental insurance plans (PPO, HMO, Medicaid, EPO) and the ability to interpret CDT codes with precision.

  • Technical Fluency: Proficiency with major dental software like Denticon, Dentrix, or Eaglesoft.

  • The "Special Forces" Mindset: A proactive, detail-oriented professional who can work independently and meet filing deadlines without breaking a sweat.
