Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Dental Implant Treatment Coordinator who is confident, knowledgeable, and passionate about helping patients move forward with life-changing treatment. This role is key in guiding patients through the implant process, from consultation to case acceptance, while ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Present and explain dental implant treatment plans clearly and confidently
  • Review clinical notes and coordinate with the doctor to ensure accuracy in treatment presentation
  • Discuss financial options, insurance benefits, and third-party financing
  • Convert consultations into accepted treatment through effective communication and trust-building
  • Schedule implant cases and coordinate timelines with clinical staff
  • Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation
Qualifications:


  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a dental treatment coordinator (implant experience required)
  • Strong understanding of dental implant procedures and terminology
