Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Dental Implant Treatment Coordinator who is confident, knowledgeable, and passionate about helping patients move forward with life-changing treatment. This role is key in guiding patients through the implant process, from consultation to case acceptance, while ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and explain dental implant treatment plans clearly and confidently
- Review clinical notes and coordinate with the doctor to ensure accuracy in treatment presentation
- Discuss financial options, insurance benefits, and third-party financing
- Convert consultations into accepted treatment through effective communication and trust-building
- Schedule implant cases and coordinate timelines with clinical staff
- Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a dental treatment coordinator (implant experience required)
- Strong understanding of dental implant procedures and terminology
- Proven track record of case acceptance and production growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable discussing finances and closing treatment
